how do i hide my cuts in pe?

we have a gym uniform, and it just occured to me that everyone is going to be able to see my cuts because they are short sleeve t-shirts. how do i hide them? i could just use band aids and say i fell or something. I would use makeup but i heard its bad to put it on new cuts. and i dont want to get a speech on how cutting is bad for you, i already know that

why not just be brave and walk around with out hiding them i know i girl that did that caz she was over with it

me i avoided all that i used to cut where y shirt covered and on my leg

in terms of avoiding being see chances are some people already have seen if they havnt they will when you change clothes tho if you want clever tricks maybe a sweat arm band a long one thats actually used for exercise…. exercise and pe see how that fits

i hope you get some professional help so you can learn good coping techniques because the better you get at hiding you wounds the more cuts you will make

I used to have the same problem - the cover up. You know..this problem lasted years later in jobs too. I had learnt to cut my legs instead. This was easier to hide. But my point to you isn’t to give you the lecture you don’t want to hear - I just wanna share with you that years on, I still have those scars and I’m still sensitive about showing my arms. If you think of yourself as having a future (as I WISH I had), imagine please how you would feel having to deal with your cover-up problem in some years time. Say in a job. I wish someone had painted this picture to me vividly enough. The arm band thing may help for P.E (although my friend at the time employed this technique and people guessed it of her in gossip) - but a future situation may not allow for you to cover it with one of those. Please listen to thehated99999 - because it can be true that it becomes more frequent if it is easier to hide.

see if sweats and sweatshirst are allowed, maybe under armor like runners use? Think getting help is best choice, but I know from experience wearing the uniform and hoping people dont see doesnt work.
