I hate being overweight.
I’m about 20 pounds overweight and I hate it. I try to diet and I get through ’till the end of the day, then I eat like crazy. I work on excercising–I bike maybe 20 min a day, 3-4 days a week. I know more would be ideal, but the amount I’m doing now is a stretch for me.
Agh. What do I do? Any OTC weight loss pills that actually work or something?

You dont need to buy any pills. Just change your mind. Remember that nothing tastes as good as being fit feels and looks! Seriously. Another good thing to remember is that just about anything you eat after 9pm will turn to fat by morning.
omg me too!!! 20 lbs too, ironic but yeah ive gotten so much help tht just says work out and eat healthy… it works too but u really gotta set your mind to it…i lost 4lbs, wich is good for me cuz i cant do rapid weight loss ay=t my age bein young…but yeah EAT GREEN execise and try reaaally hard, o the little 100 calorie snack work wonders for tht sweet/salty/crunchy/w.e craving u have… lol im sneaky i eat the cakesters lol good luck its not tht hard if u find something u like to do tht burns alot of fat, like me, i dance…alot, ofcourse wen no1s lookin but ik i burn alot just by tht..good luck again
Everyone thinks losing weight is a big mystery. But its a simply mathematical equation. Calories burned > Calories taken in = weight loss. The other thing is losing weight, for most of us, is not fun. You have to actually work hard to do it. OTC drugs may help, but if there was some miracle drug that made you thin, then there would be no overweight people. And since America is the riches and fattest country in the world, i am pretty sure that pill doesn’t exist.
Stop focusing on the word diet…what you really want is a healthy life style..that is both eating balanced…and doing physical activities that help you feel alive, and let you enjoy life…
Just focus on what activities you can do each day…to keep physically busy…the rest will come with time…
it’s better than being skinny. seriously, those poor people scare me,,,they look like they have a disease or something. I just want to donate my last few pennies to buy them a chessburger so bad it’s rediculas. Most of them wont even see a doctor about it. witch would make it worse,,,i mean what if thier skineness was a catchy kind of diseas?!?!?!? oh wow,,i cant handle this any more,,i need to go get a snack,,,or maby 3,,,
i was unhappy with my weight and went on a weight loss program that helped me to lose 15kg (sorry, in Aus we use kg.. not sure about pounds?). I have kept the weight off for over a year. For me, when i decided i needed to do something about my weight, i changed my mindset completely. I got my self control back. I did not give myself an option to snack or binge eat- if i got hungry i would eat salad. I didnt eat out and if i did i only ordered grilled fish with salad. I barely did any excercise. And the weight fell off me. When i had almost reached my goal, i was able to start eating things i had been holding off from. It was a great reward. Now i know so much about how your eating habits impact your body etc.
I am very proud of my weight loss :-) so my advice would be, change your mindset, be determined and achieve your goals.
Go Swimming 5 days a week. Real swimming too. Lots and lots of laps and you’ll lose a lot more weight than doing bike riding. Heck running would be better than bike riding. But either way you have to go longer than 20 minutes. If you truly want to lose the weight then you are going to have to work out harder and suffer through it. It sucks but you have to fight your way through it.
I ******* hate being fat that all I see when I’m with my friends we will put on are bathing suits and and. I look in the mirrior and then I look at her and I am so much fatter I am only 14 and I wall opacsmitly 179 help me please
Seriously,.. I don’t know if you have any Dr.Bernsteins Clinics where you are… But if you do,.. go there,. they WILL make you loose the fat. www.drbdiet.com Its a liittle pricy, but they will make you take it off and keep it off.
yeahy man I truly now where u are coming from I have such a bad stomache its sickening but the thng is to eat less I know its hard but its something you have to do believe me it has to be done
Simple you just need to eat healthy meals through the day. There are certain foods that when you eat them you will feel full.
Um well i have a question to does anyone know any tricks so i make really bad junk food seem disgusting.

To be honest, it really is quite simple. All you have to do is follow some tips like for example:
Eat breakfast and don’t skip meals
eat a wide variety of foods each day
keep ‘extra’ foods, such as biscuits, cakes, chocolate and chips to a minimum
Reduce the amount of fat you eat
limit saturated fat - saturated fats are usually solid at room temperature and are the main fats in milk, cream, butter, cheese and some meats
choose reduced fat dairy products
limit the amount of ‘take away’ food
select lean meat and remove visible fat before cooking
choose low fat cooking methods, for example - stir fry, grill, microwave, non stick cooking pans
