I think you need to seek help from someone, this is not normal behavior, you and your sister need counseling on this matter. The fact that you have realised that this behavior is not right, is the first step to sorting this situation out.

Ultimately this situation will not resolve itself without coming clean. Time to bite the bullet and face the music.
