Heading to Europe for a few weeks, Amsterdam first then a friend told me to check out Groningen.
Any other hot spots in Europe I should definitely check out to make the most of it?

What’s happening in Groningen? Is it in The Netherlands too?
I know it’s not the warmest, but check out Krakow in Poland, it is one of the best cities I have visited. Lots of culture, great architecture and one of the best night’s out I’ve had in Europe. Great city and very cheap, food, drink etc. It’s not far to visit Auschwitz (not for the faint hearted).

yeah it’s in the netherlands, but I was heading to amsterdam to sample the local flavors and was just told that Groningen is just as well a great place to do that
I have been to Amsterdam twice…lot’s to offer. I would recommend a coffee shop called Homegrown Fantasies, very friendly and relaxed. By the way new legislation has been introduced, meaning that it is illegal to smoke tobacco indoors in a public place. So any “flavour” that you experience in the coffee shops will not be able to be smoked with tobacco.

Well I’m American baby, we don’t tend to mix tobacco in with anything so I’m quite alright with this, but thanks for the tip
Fair enough, lol. The Heineken Factory is definitely worth visiting while you’re there.
is this in the Netherlands as well or somewhere in Germany? From my understanding it’s a German beer.
The Heineken Factory in situated in the centre of Amsterdam in is a Dutch beer.
Heineken is definitely a pretty good beer and I’ll definitely have to check it out. Sounds like there is enough in Amsterdam to keep me busy. Maybe I should stick to it and just plan a return trip someday.
London, Paris, Berlin, Milano, Rome, Nice, Monacco, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Geneva, Lausanne, Vienna, Valencia.
Those should be the main ones for a start. Tons of culture in most of those.
wow that’s a city for everyday I’ll be there, lol, unless i can run at the speed of light it looks like i’ll have to pick and choose.
