I need help and advice, and lots of it!

and i dont mean a therapist! every time i do something i like, even something i like a little, something bad always happens! the school musical is coming up, and dont call me a nerd but im a lead. problem is… im fat. i know people will be its the inside that counts, but this is a serious problem! you see, im a “heavier” person, but not obese. however, a guy has to lift me and he was struggling with it! and i mean not like struggling to keep me up, but his face turned red within 2 seconds of lifting me up! i could have cried right there but i didnt. i really need someone to tell me how to lose at least 15 lbs to 30 lbs in the next week to 2 weeks cause then its curtain call! someone please help me. i dont care what it is, but i need help. im fed up with this. and i mean it.

P.S. im not usually this serious, but i hope it gets my point across.

just eat a healthy breakfast, no snacks, no junk and try do as many sit ups/ push ups as you can every night, or morning and night. You will see this improve. You are stressed as well, this normally makes me lose weight!

Good luck with musical. Why do not just suggest another move? instead of him lifting you, if you are not comfortable with it, like spin you round or something.

If you eat healthy and jog a little every night you can safely lose 1-3 pounds in a week.

Fasting is never the way to go but, you generally lose about a pound a day. but some of that weight is from you expelling food and not putting it back along with losing water weight.

You have to burn roughly 3500 calories to lose a pound…or eat that much less

You are not going to lose 15-30 pounds in 2 weeks. Talk to the drama teacher and see if they can rewrite that part of the play.

My weight loss regime at the gym involved the machines like the rowing machine, cycle and the cross trainer, skipping also is a very effective way of a great work out. Fat burning occurs best at a certain level of workrate for the body, above a certain heart rate the body carries out anaerobic respiration and does not but fat as effectively.

What I’m getting at is that time on the machines above is best done in short bursts, i.e. rowing at a steady rate for a minute then a minute of rowing as hard as possible, this gets the heart rate up. This can be done for each machine for about 15-20 minutes on each machine.

This combined with a balanced diet seems to work well for me when getting in shape.
