Anyone ever just suddenly remember a childhood memory

and suddenly get an incredible yearning to hold on to that feeling of naive bliss, but you always lose it in the end? Sorry if it doesn’t make much sense ^^. But in these stressful days, I cant help but wish for the old days to come back.

Recess?

The naive bliss as you call is something we should never loose.
It is divine.
Many spiritual seekers take many years of meditaion to get back to that
state of bliss.

Bliss is our natural state.
All else is corruption.

So what do we have to do during this “meditation?” I think it’d be awesome to be able to experience this feeling for more then a few seconds….

Yeah, Often I remember little things like christmas’s or simple times with my mom, (Like making meatloaf, sitting on the counter squishing the meat, and eating alot of it raw!) I miss those days.
