I can not say this program is the best, but as fas as I have tried, it is quite easy to use.You can download and try it free.Rip DVD to video and audio in all formats:

i know one DVD Ripper ,it can rip DVD movies and convert to all popular video/audio formats, like AVI, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, WMV, MOV, FLV, MP3, M4A, WMA, WAV etc, by titles and chapters.
