Actually, yes you can. I wear a size 10. My sister in law wears an 8 and she is really chunky. She is shorter than I am and really looks like she weighs more than I do. At 5′8 I would have to guess that you probably look pretty darn good. Now if you had said 5′2, then you would probably need an exercise plan.
