Actually, yes you can. I wear a size 10. My sister in law wears an 8 and she is really chunky. She is shorter than I am and really looks like she weighs more than I do. I have a fairly flat stomach, hers hangs over he pants. There are more factors than clothing size that determine if you are overweight or not.

At 5′8 I would have to guess that you probably look pretty darn good. Now if you had said 5′2, then you would probably need an exercise plan.

People will always find fault with things about you. As long as you are happy and you know that you are healthy, let it go.
