Car paint is stuck on my fingers.

It’s now dry. Would I use paint thinner? I don’t know what type of car paint it was.

Don’t use paint thinner on your fingers… it will come off eventually. Sometimes finger nail polish remover (acetone) helps though.

Paint thinner also works fine you just need to rinse off with water after…

Rubbing alcohol may work.
