Law and junk help plz?
well recently i was at the movies and some older man age 38
started talking and i told everyone in the movie to shut up he took it personal and told me to watch my mouth and we had some verbal conflict for awhile and then he said he was going to kick my ****.
and im 16 so that was kinda strange
well we were leaving the movie and he started pushing me and called me gay
and he got in my face and he was a lot bigger then me so i felt i needed to do something
or i would get hurt
so i punched him in the face and he grabbed me.
and then ppl broke it up
So my question is in pennsylvania law what do you think is going to happen in court?
i really need to know.
