Alright I have a battle buddy in the army and well he had a urinalysis and it was at 2% THC…

from what I am told that is awfully small…

I was wondering if anyone knows where the army regulation for THC percentage and what is the federal law on the issue.

This website Erowid.com is a good resource for this type of question, but,

You can’t get into no matter how much THC is in your body as far as federal law goes. They gotta catch you with it.

My army buddy, though he didn’t get caught told me cause I asked once when we were smoking that he would just get demoted one rank. I don’t know if this would hold true in all cases and I’m pretty certain that would suck for you guys but I think at this point anything would be better than a dishonorable discharge over something small like that.

If he was found w/ any trace of THC, then he’s busted.

I’m pretty sure.

He’s probably going to get some kind of substantial punishment.
