Let me review:

You look to be of the female persuasion. You have an expressionless look on your face, which I find acceptable. In my (expert) opinion, you should tilt the camera slightly upwards as to focus on your eyes and not get a glimpse of your chest.

The black and white works well with your striped shirt. How long is your hair and what’s the specific colour of it?

Overall, that is a respectable picture.
