Car Accident (LONDON- right hand steer) whose fault is it?

I had an accident last night and not sure about my position.
I was exiting Hyde Park onto Bayswater road on a two lane road. I was on the left lane and the other car in the right lane assuming that both attempting to turn left (she could turn right too)

the left road: bayswater is a 2 lane road too so this should have been an easy 2 lane left turn. the gate is quite narrow and as I tried to turn a bicycle rang its bell on my left and in order not to hit it I stop in my place - no moving forwards.

the car on the right kept turning left and her back left wing rubbed to my right corner light and her bumper came off. no dents inwards indicating no hitting on my side. and my right lamp is dislocated and tilted from right to left again no dents inwards.
any advise before calling my insurance. (by the way both had no indicators on as it was a T junction and a 2lane to 2 lane left turn)

well, did the other car get out of her lane and hit you or did the other car just keep driving and hit you?
Im pretty sure its the other cars fault
because either way the other car hit you.

was you behind the car if you was then it would more than likely in the insuraces and laws eyes that it was your fault dont ask it happened to my cousin before he skidded in the ice and bumped into another car and it was classed as his fault. as you stopped for the person on the bike the other driver must of saw you do that in which case she should of gone onto the other lane to avoid collision..

thanks for your help.
Mikki our road had marking for 2 lanes and bays water had marking for 2 lanes but as you know the actual left turning has no making and as we ad to drive 20m further before stopping I have no idea whether she or indeed I were out of our lanes. My Understanding is why did she move ie. overtook me when clearly I has stopped.
Angel her back was not hit, just the right wing as you know if it was a rear hit 99% would be my fault.

that should pretty much be her fault then as she could obviously see you and misjudged the space she had between you and her…
