got lured into electronically signing contract to debit

my account once a month for debt management program, later found out they have numerous complaints on rippoff report and Better Business Bureau. Agent claimed to stay in contact through whole 32 month process, will not return any calls. Any recourse? Is recorded dialogue regarding agent’s promise to alter starting debit date a possible direction to take?

The most drastic action would be to close you bank account, and transfer everythig else to a new account.
