I went to New Orleans in October 2005 to help after Hurricane Katrina .
in Noverber 2005 i was pinned under 500 LBS of frozen food and serriously injured and disabled . For some unknow reason Workers Compensation has chosen to simply not pay me . now , over 3 years latter without income , i have my first day in court . Last court date was cancelled due to Hurricane Gustav , ironic i thought . I have my first court aperance rescheduled in the first week in April 2009 . Now i can not afford to get to New Orleans . I hate this , i should not have to be writting this . Things do not look good . Myself and my family are at our ends here. Any thoughts or ideas please .
