I just now spent 30 minutes trying to throw up.
I couldn’t do it. I tried all of the tricks that I read on the internet and none worked. I don’t know how to make it work cause I really need to barf.
I know some of you are going to be like “love the way you look… blah blah blah” but I truly at entirely toooooo much!!!!
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

you really shouldn’t try. if you ate too much, you would throw up reguardless of how many times you try to make yourself. if you really wanted to or had to, it wouldn’t be an option and you wouldn’t have trouble with it. you’d actually be there now, not asking how to do it. it really isn’t a good idea..
if your body wont throw up, chances are it doesnt want to. that means theres a reason. this in turn means that you should just drop it. pigging out once in a while wont hurt, and the healthier thing to do rather than attempt to throw up foods whose carbs, proteins, fats, and all other nutrients are already partially absorbed, is to exercise tommorrow.

you shouldnt. i know thats not what u want to hear tho. Try drinking a glass of really bubbly pop quickly. Like ginger ale or seirra mist. Also try doing it soon after eating. You need to get help tho. Bulimia can cause many problems. including bad teeth, esophogial tearing, pancreatitis, hemeroids, and anal fissures.
Walk around for a bit, it should help ease that overly full feeling.
Okay, so go walk around some. Burn some of those calories.
that makes it worse. Forget about it. you wont be any worse for the wear. dont make a habit of it, and run some laps around the block. youll be fine without trying to cheat your body.

throwing up gives you gross teeth, damages your asophagus and you only regurgitate 1/3 of the food you eat (thats why you don’t lose weight by doing it)
in spite of what you may think, vomiting is not a biological imperative.

Ya’ know, when I was a teen and in college, I made myself throw up, too…trust me. Not only is it gross, it’s sickening to your psyche. You will become a full blown bulimic if you start doing that.
It will make the enamel on your teeth erode, which will make your teeth gross in a short amount of time
It will break the tiny capillaries around your eyes and in your face, which will make your face age faster
It will become such a regular thing for your stomach to turn, that you will one day try to actually eat and get well, and your stomach won’t cooperate with you
You will lose your calcium and will end up with osteoporosis as a young woman…hunched back and all that
You will not have enough nutrients or a strong enough body to carry a baby full term (think osteoporosis and baby’s weight resting on your hip BONES)
Your skin will become sallow and sickly
You will get dark circles under your eyes
You will feel like **** all the time
Your family will be concerned with something that is completely preventable…taking a toll on their health
You will end up with dry and brittle hair
Your lungs and heart will suffer long term non reversible effects
You will become ugly
If you truly feel you have over eaten…go for a walk; watch your caloric intake all day tomorrow…eat salads. Don’t puke.
