Sari Sari is good Filipino food in Louisville, KY

Okay I know most of the users on Help.com aren’t ever going to be in Louisville, Kentucky.  But if you ever do happen to stop by and need a fix of good honest Filipino food you’re in luck.  There’s a carry-out only place called Sari Sari, which is Tagalog for “various kinds”. 

The food is very authentic, I especially loved their Flan de Leche, a flan/custard dessert that’s so good and so very bad for your health.  If you do want to eat healthier I can also recommend the Chicken Adobo, chicken slow-cooked in a nice vinegar/soy sauce mix.  I’m getting hungry just writing this.

So far it’s only a carry-out place but they do hope to open a sit-down place soon.

,I am one of the owners of Sari Sari and would like to let you know that we have moved to 2339 frankfort ave. 502 894 0585.We do have seating now,are the only authentic filipino restaurant in Louisville,and do have cold San Miguel beer.The chef is from Leyte,so the food has a Visayan influence,.Thanks so much for your interest and positive feedback!!
