Ipod help.

Hi, I have an iPod Touch 2nd Generation and I have a bit of a problem. Whenever I try to update my iPod o version 2.2.1, It gives me a message saying “iTunes could not sync ^0 to the iPod “Jeff’s Ipod v5″ because an unknow error has occurred. (-19)” I clicked help and it took me to Apple’s website where it said to check if I have the latest version of iTunes (which is version 8.0.2) and I had it. It also said to restart my computer, which I did. Nothing. It also said to try a different USB cable and port, which I did and… Nothing. Finnaly is says to try it on a different computer but I don’t want to have to go through that to find out it wont work. If anyone has had this happen to them before or knows what I should do please help!

try going to an apple store…and tell them your problem they will help you out…if not then looks like you might have to…i hate i pod for this reason their **** never even syncs with their own things and you can’t just have more then 1 computer to share songs and pick which ones you want…f**k ipod yet i can’t live with out it…

Thanks lol. The only problem is is that I live in a tiny *** city and the closest apple store is over an hour away. I’ll probly just call customer support or see what my techy friends say… I hate computer ****.
