I am having issues with my bluetooth.

For whatever reason, my bluetooth disappeared. I managed to fix that though. Now, it can connect to my phone (but only when the phone requests connection) and the “My Bluetooth Places” things don’t do anything. I double-click on it and it is as if I hadn’t done anything. How do I make it start working again?

Take out the battery of your phone and let it sit for about a minute with no battery. It will reset itself and then you can reconnect your bluetooth again.
