well just need someone to talk too, my bussiness i think is worst.

you see my family is not that well off but we had good education. I started a construction bussiness it’s been 5 yrs. i started without any penny, just talent and prayers

i always look after the workers i gave them 100% of what i have most people say im too kind, is it bad? and well all i wanted is to manage it well. all my works are good but i have a problem in management i hired someone to help me but i think its worst

oh well i cant say she’s a poor manager but you see my strategy since my finances is short 1st week sched is payments for suppliers
, 2nd week payroll so on and so forth. she change it she said workers should have weekly payroll and now i think its worst.

maybe, but all i wanted is to survive, i work so hard for it

im aware of that! yet im still alone.

i manage it badly then i hired someone but i think my workers are happy but i got all the problems. cant fire them they’ll not eat 3 times a day. all i want is to help and have extra earnings, i don’t want to be a burden to anybody
