Need help from girls!

My girlfriend has stomachache possibly while being on PMS. After she woke up, she said it started hurting. do you know any way to ease the pain? I wish I could do something for her, but i don’t know what to do. it may be just hormonal thing, there’s nothing to do with it. but it still hurt me too when i see her in pain.

Is it an upset stomach or cramping? If its cramping, then water, lots of water, possibly Gatorade and NO caffeine. If its an upset stomach with nausea get some aloe vera juice. Its nasty but it works

Saltine crackers for an upset stomach. If it is cramps, a small shot of alcohol will help soothe them, seriously!

Maybe, that depends on (age) and tolerance. Alcohol dehydrates which will make the cramps worse. The heat on her abdomen is a great idea, it works wonders but I would recommend it in the microwave for 45 seconds MAX, it will be way too hot otherwise.

Honestly, its different with every chick. Some girls its best to take some midol (and ibuprofen if need be), get in a warm tub and relax then go and lay down (thats my treatment). Make sure she gets a lot of fluid and some girls need caffeine, it helps their system, others it kills them. Its very sweet of you to want to help though! Really try a bath or shower though (if shes in the shower have her sit or lay down) Thats really lovely lol. Anything warm really helps…and even when they go away make sure she still takes the midol/ibuprofen every four hours whether it hurts or not because u dont want the medicine to wear off…that sucks then u have to repeat the ritual.
