Depends on where you go. There are what is called note lots all over the place. They are car lots that sell inferior, high mileage cars to people that have bad credit. They don’t do credit checks, the interest is outrageous and you will have to make weekly or bi-weekly payments. If you are late one payment you lose your car. And they will require a pretty good down payment also.

I’m having the same problem- i bought a car a year ago and it just recently broke down- it will cost more than it’s worth and i still owe a grand on it. i’m due for labor next week and don’t have a vehicle to take my little girl home in. there’s a program called ways to work- check it out and see if you qualify for some help. I’m appling tomorrow. :)
