That’s a tough one…Is it for a job? You know the saying, and it really applies with crappy digital images: “garbage in, garbage out.” You can’t really do much but maybe try to jack up the resolution and size the image down a bit…Unless it’s tiny to begin with. If it’s something you need to enlarge, you may really be out of luck. Sorry I can’t be more helpful. I’ve had a lot of really crappy Photoshop images to deal with in jobs I’ve had, so I know the frustration. Good luck!
