how do i tend this flesh wound?

its on my leg it is about 4 inch long and is somewhat deep. i can see the fatty tissue. the skin is about a half inch apart. help! its been a day since it happened. i couldnt get stitches and it is too far for steristrips or those butterfly things to work. it isnt bleeding anymore but is a little oozy of clear liquid. what do i do? i dont have money to go to a doctor or hospital.

I agree that it’s very importiant the cut does not become infected-keep it clean and wraping, dressing will help-but this sounds deep enough that it will scar badly and take quite a while to heal. Consider going to ER-they can’t refuse you, and will probably work out payment plan-if wound becomes infected it will cost more in money as well as discomfort-so it’s better to take care of it-also how you got cut in the first place can impact health/healing. So please see Dr.-take care

I am NOT telling you to use the super gule.
but I would myself, just on the skin, 1st i would clean out good…
GL but if you feel that its going to get wrost then it will and your better off going to the ER or a walkin clinic
