by the way grbghp did you lasso tool the hair first and feathered it ?

darker was easier for me, i guess but i didn’t figure out what filters you used for your blond baagfaceboo

i used replace color from the image adjustment menu, but i figured you used some other method

i like the outcome though

lol i’m a bit lazy and just attacked it with an airbrush and using a soft light layer :)

well go here http://www.gimp.org/ it’s open source photoshop tool so it’s free not as good but easy to pic up and shares many things with photshop

it’s getting better ikari how are you going about it ?

this one I used fuzzy select to get the basic brown hair selected, cleaned up the selection, feathered it , copied it, put on new layer, replaced color, tweaked it, used eraser with 80% transparency where I didn’t like where the yellow was, did a bit of dodging in places, changed the opacity in the blonde hair layer a bit.

I deserve this for never paying attention in computer art…

yeah thats very similar to the way i went about it at first :)
lol well i’m not much of a photoshoper myself i use it to paint concept art and i’ve just realized how hard it is to edit photos
