you need to call the police when that happens. talkl to your school coucilor they can help. they might be able to get him into AA, that really helped my family when the drunk went. if i were you i would also look up Alteen. its a really helpful site for kids with alcoholic parents. i went through a very similar thing about a year ago. i hope things get better no child should ever have to see that. shout me anytime if you want to talk

i think you should call the cops. but i know when your in that position it isnt that easy. you might get scared or confused or not know what to do. but he is going to end up hurting the people you love. if you do call the cops he cant hurt u or your family anymore. as the older sibling… not that your much older you need to help protect them. you guys have not done anything wrong and you should not have to go through any of that. as far as waiting to call the cops until the next time it happens… i wouldnt… it could get to out of hand. also i agree school concilors can really help with that stuff as much as we dont want to talk to them it could make ur family better and safer.! :)

You no yaw are right this is not right and I should not keep waiting to call the police and seems every time that I do come close I do really get scared and I guess it’s just were he has beat me so many times and I think that he will hurt me if they was to make me talk to him in front of them. I will more than likely go to a school counselor. thanks for your help if I have anymore problems I will talk to you some more.

~lay the receiver, with the side that you talk into facing up so that the operator will hear what’s happening,
~she can turn the volume up on her end
~he will basically get himself into trouble. it won’t be anything that you said, it will be whatever the operator heard that will get him into trouble, which will be his own words and actions.

I’d wait til he’s doing it again, that wait marks would be visible and another reason is so that he can’t say that you made it up bc you got grounded or some stupid thing.
