medical help: I have to make a terminology databank… - Help.com

I have to make a terminology databank…

But I don’t know which subject I should choose. It should be very specialized language, like for instance medical terms, technical terms, chemical terms…

Any suggestions?

Choose a subject that interests you, preferable one you know something about.

How about computer terms, or online short hand terms (e.g. omg, lol)?

i don’t think online short hand terms are specialized enough, besides i have to give the translation in dutch - which is kinda impossible because we use the same forms :)

i was thinking about the parts of a saddle and a bridle - but pfff dunno. i’m usually not into technical stuff lol

Here are some of a horse’s saddle in dutch. I just searched google images for the word “zadel”. You’ll have to find the english translations though.

lol its fairly easy to make a webpage, and a book, going off the logic that wikipedia doesn’t give the right information i feel is just wrong!! haha, although i have heard of a lot of teachers/lectureres say that also, good luck

well, i agree. wikipedia users correct other users’ mistakes, but we can’t use it as a source for our databank anyhow. ugh. wish i hadn’t started this master course
