I could not send scraps from orkut and I am not able to join in any of the communities ….WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?and i could not change my settings also.

i reported many a times…..but THERE IS NO PERMANENT SOLOUTION..my problem is that i could not send scraps from my orkut account always only sometimes its working
