Is a 2006 Nissan Murano a good car to purchase?

I am looking to trade my 2005 BMW X5 for a 2006/ 2007 Nissan Murano. I paid 35k just a few months for my car and obviously was ripped off and paying too much for the car note. I want to know if the Nissan Murano is a good investment?
