Sick of the closed nonsense!

Well people I’ve not been around much lately..
But I would like to have a small rant if I may!
I may? Well isn’t that nice hehehe

My rant is this…
It honestly annoys the crap out of me…
When someone makes a post..
And when they are done with it..

The title changes to closed!
Its really annoying and can people stop doing it?

Just close your post! Then its closed.
If you change the title…
How am I supposed to know what its even about.. when i get a notification.. and see it a day after its closed.

I’ve seen some of the most beautiful and poetic words ever written (as a post opener) simply vanish and be replaced by the senseless words… CLOSED!
Wtf?

Please people… stop doing it.
Stop robbing us of your wonderful poetic words… when you close your posts!
Just leave it as is… and close it!
No need to rip away such eloquence and put some generic obvious nonsense in its place…

This makes me sad to see this…

Well lol, I close my posts that way simply because I hate it when I spend time reading all the way through a post, thinking about the advice I can give only to get to the bottom to reply and it has been shut, the closed bit is just respecting other people enough to not make them read something that they can not help with as the help has been done and the issue finished.

You can still read the post if you really want by clicking on the “read the previous text” that is usually at the bottom when someone has edited the closed bit in.
