iPod touch issues.
I got it about a week ago. No trouble syncing it up at all. Worked fine. I was uploading new songs today, and I was also adding lyrics to previous songs I had on there. When I synced my iPod, it said the message at the top…”Syncing “iPod Touch”" Yet it never finished. Usually it says “Backing up iPod” then…”Updating files on iPod”, etc. But now it just stays on the message “Syncing “iPod Touch” and doesn’t move. I ended up having to unplug it from my computer. I went to the songs I tried adding lyrics to, to see if the lyrics synced and iTunes was just having a tantrume. Well, the songs put on random album covers - not their own (if you have the ipod touch, you’ll hopefully know what I mean,)…and flew through the songs. So I went to another song, not one from that album, and it worked perfectly. The rest of my iPod works FINE. And it got to the album that I tried syncing the lyrics to, and it skipped over it. I don’t know what I did, or if this is even fixable. I tried to remove the songs from iTunes and syncing it up again, and nothing happened.
Also, one other thing. I have Windows Vista. And this never happened before until this happened. A notice comes up - seperate from iTunes - saying “Auto Play” and the under it it says “Device Options…” and then one of them is “Import Pictures.” I did recently put pictures on my iPod, so I thought maybe that was the problem. I tried removing the pictures from iTunes and syncing my iPod, but of course, it didn’t work.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Thank you,
Elyak
