Why am I so paranoid with food?
First of all I have been told that I don’t eat enough, and to be honest all I eat all day is 1 slice of bread and butter and half my dinner - but I always think that it’s well too much. I’m not trying to lose weight or anything, but I think I get bloated easily so I avoid eating so much. Another thing is that I hardly drink, all I drink in one day is half a small glass of orange and sometimes a bit of fizzy drink. Do you think this is bad enough to go to the doctor’s about? Oh, and another thing, I am vegetarian so I hardly get enough protein. What should I do? Thanks for your help :)
