Eating right.

I don’t eat enough apparently, well that is what my doctor said. Everytime I eat, even just alittle, I feel so full. Is that normal when you are pregnant?

You need to eat right, if your having a baby, even if you feel full.

It is normal to feel full sensations and be sick when you are pregnant. I was sick the whole time with all 3 of mine. You have an advantage I didn’t though. You can get some Ensure and drink it. You still need to get all your vitamins and minerals and since you cant eat that much you need to get them another way. I drank a bunch of ensure when I had my last pelvic surgery since the pain meds made me so sick. The chocolate is really good as long as it is super cold. You could try to mix it with a little ice cream and make a shake out of it.

Yeah, sometimes the doctor can drop the ball. They dont’ mean to but they do. If I can help you anymore just let me know.

Hey, make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin too. You can get them at Walmart.

I am feeling the same way! I am hungry, eat a little and than just feel so full and sick. I was wondering about the whole Ensure option. I guess I will try that. Its such a miserable feeling- and I WANT to eat for my baby. I hope this passes in a few weeks. I am 9 weeks!
