HELP—BAD DECISIONS!

Awgh!! Bad decisions and a bad case of procrastination got me here and I have only myself to blame.
Okay. So I’m really bloated and really tired, but I’m going to be up for a few more hours writing 10 more pages of a midterm.

I have a date at 10pm tomorrow.
Would drinking ALOT of water help me feel less puffy around the middle?
Any tips for a girl who’s feeling chubby?

Actually, if you are retaining water, drinking more would probably help you. Once the body becomes properly hydrated it quits trying to hold on to all the liquids it does get. I have also found that having a glass of grapefruit juice helps me with the bloated feeling too. I hate the stuff but it really helps me.
