Help help: Our water has been disconnected. - Help.com

Our water has been disconnected.

We desperately need help. My husband has been out of work for 10 months and we haven’t been able to pay our water bill at all. Including the late fees, it’s over $1000 to get it cut back on. We have two children(a 2 year old and a 3 year old). He has been constantly looking for work and going to interviews but we haven’t had anything come through yet. If anyone can help us at all or if you know of someone that can, please let me know. We will work to pay this off because we really need our water turned back on. We live in Gwinnett County, GA. Thank you.

Have you tried going to any local churches? I know our church has money set aside for things like this. It would not hurt to call some in your area?

Firefly, thanks for the advice. We are not a member of a church. Should I just call local churches to ask for help?

Lethal Armor, we did buy lots of water bottles with our EBT.
