Why are some names of Help.com users blue and others purple?

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
the names act as html browser links: unclicked links are blue, clicked ones, purple.
It matters because I have to know why things are the way they are. That’s why.

almost forgot how to do this, but if you were to go to the top menu-bar, Tools>Internet Options
then, when that new window appears, hit “Delete Files” “delete cookies” and “clear pages”
also, no, Firefox and all html browsers do the same thing, it’s an internet convention; but you should try using Firefox or Opera, as IE tends to be full of security holes.
