There are several hemopathic sleep remedies for sale at health food stores such as Melotonin. My husband had sleep problems because of Diabetes and started taking Melotonin and now he sleeps really well.

You can also explain to a doctor and possibly check out your sleep problems at a sleep clinic. We have them here in the US.

Drinking should help you sleep after taking in so much people generally will pass out. So there is something else causing you to not rest.

You do sound like you are under a lot of stress. It also sounds like you are having panic attacks. Panic attacks come on when we have calmed down and are in a safe place all of the panic or stress from the day comes in on us.

What is causing the stress at work? Want to talk about it?

I have family members that work for Ford. They have been waiting for the axe for 4-5 years now. They also have big bills, big house, big responsibilities.

The whole country is in a crises because of this economic downturn and wallstreet problems.

I know this is not the whole answer but, there are resources such as refinancing your home so they won’t foreclose.

We are suppose start recovering in the Fall of this year. Hopefully if you hang tight you can hold onto your job. I pray for all the families that are experiencing this.

My husband was laid off last year.

Also, it’s been my experience that managers are really the last to go in a downturn situation. Managers will be pressured and given lots of work, more than an average worker has to do. So if the worry over keeping their job doesn’t upset them then the long hours will.

I have been so scared many times in my life over different kinds of problems. So I have to say that keeping our heads clear and trying to stay positive is the only recourse that we have.

You appear to be very smart and to have risen to manager in such a short time shows me that you have drive and ambition. Keep looking for another way out of this. I look at the ads everyday and this gives me and my husband hope. It’s probably an exercise in frutility but it is a recourse.

We must remember that there are thousands out there just like us. Not knowing what tomorrow will bring can be devastating. My family is mostly in the Auto industry and already two of them have been laid off.

The problem comes in too when we have been doing one thing for so long, we don’t really see ourselves doing anything else but that. It is really tough to change gears.

My daughter has great management skills and she has always been in the auto industry but, I think she would fit in anywhere that they need management to run their company.

One last thought, you can’t control what is happening across the country but, you can control your reaction to it. If worry accomplished anything, I would be rich today with no problems, so it’s of no use to worry. It serves no purpose but to suck the very life out of someone in their darkness hour.

There are many new companies springing up all the time and they get a #3,000.00 tax break if they hire people on next years taxes. When I think about 8.5 percent of the people unemployed, I remember that over 91.5 percent still have their jobs. In this economic crises, that really good. Good luck to you and your family.

Go to a doctor. He/she should be able to diagnose the proper medicine for you. Don’t hesitate, because sleep is important for the body to function!
