well the easiest way I know of is to either use msn(windows live messenger) or the email an invite

right click computer and go to properties. Remote settings on the left. and turn it on. from there go to start, all programs, windows live, and click windows live messenger. once you have that set up there should be an invite button.

ip stands for internet protocall…
it is the address of your computer given by your ISP or on your LAN..
