is there anyone trying to help you with using the toilet? I understand that it might be a medical condition that you have which cannot be helped

have you tried to work out how often its happening? If you go to the toilet yourself, are you able to pass water knowingly?

ok, well why don’t you try something…

Write down you’re typical day:

what time do you normally get up on a morning?
what time do you normally go to bed at night?
what do you do during the day? (shopping, school, work)
what do you normally eat/drink?

Can you not feel the urge to go?? what did your doc say? Is there nothing they can do??. Is it always the same time of day you go? If so, wait near the toilet and mabye gradually day by day u might train yourself better

Once you’ve written your day down, work out how many times you’re passing water. (Don’t call it an accident…that’s a negative and you need to focus on positives)

Try to maybe go to the toilet every couple of hours even if you don’t feel you need to go or have just gone in your diaper. This will get your brain triggering the need to the toilet, because at the moment you’re relying on your diapers.

Try to get used to listening to what your body is saying when you pass water. How does it feel before? How does it feel after?

you dont get a care giver unless you are diagnosed with a condition, and I happen to know a whole lot about bladder/bowel incontinence as we have a family member who suffered from it
