Google Online Business Model
Jeremy Shoemaker is pretty smart and down to earth (I think we’re mutual friends on some social network, but I belong to so many I can’t keep track ;) — this is a year old, but it’s still fresh and applies 100% today. Heck, I’ve been saying this stuff for MANY years. But Jeremy says it very well — and even before Google developed it’s own spyware app to compete with the Firefox browser (and to get more user data).
