Depending on how you see things..yeah
You could think that fate controls everything so it is all planned out, all happening for a reason decided by fate..

You could even say that the reason could be as simple as, you ate because your hungry..the reason being hungry..

How do you see it?

well if it does, i want to know Why???What is the purpose of us being here on this Planet???why are we a life and then just die out and something else takes our place.

There is a reason for everything, but not everything happens because of a reason.

I think a better way of putting it is cause and effect.
