drinking help: I think I may have hurt my head. - Help.com

I think I may have hurt my head.

I got way too drunk last week. I fell straight back and hit my head on the concrete. The next day I (obviously) felt sick, but I also felt dazed and out of it, not remember any of the night. Since then I’ve had many strange moments where I feel like I’m dreaming and everything around me is fake. Also many strange coincidences, like running into friends four nights in a row wandering through NYC. I just feel very strange. Is something wrong with me?

You still might want to go to the doc tomorrow just to make sure you don’t have a slow bleed in your brain. Subdural hematomas can happen after a blunt force trauma and you really should make sure you don’t have one after hitting your head that hard.
