I would like to know, who is the TOP Canadian Spitfire pilot in the Battle of Britain

The overall top Canadian Spifire pilot was Flight Lieutenant George F. Beurling, with at least 31 1/3 enemy aircraft destroyed by war’s end.

However, note that Beurling did most of his effective combat flying after the Battle of Britain. So the question is still open and needs more research: who was the top scoring Canadian Spitfire pilot as of 30 October, 1940? I’ve yet to find any information on Canadian pilots that doesn’t total all kills as of World War II’s end.
