What Is This? What are your thoughts?
It was a midnight snowmobile ride, a little after one. There was no wind. I have not done a thing to enhance this picture in any way. It rose from the bottom and stayed in one place. It is in Indian territory. It stayed for seconds and was gone. Pretty cool Huh?
absolutely amazing!!! pretty neat that you are out with your friends and family having fun… and yet, its not just you guys out there…

Spirit? I don’t know, But I think if it is, it has a nice peaceful feeling to it. Was there a feeling that came along with it?

Yes very peaceful feeling. Calm, and in the wee hours, Quiet, until we got there. LOL
Just us and the coyotes, I think!
When I first saw it, I thought ” when the spirits dead animals attack.” haha Knowing your history with dead animals. But it was just too peaceful for that.

Im back now at the same picture im looking at the snow mobile ,im looking at the wolpet or bend something ….NAH there are no barbyman Ghost.Not yet ,he is still getting stronger every Day.Another good song coming up ” Ghost what you doing to me? ”

it’s probably something really simple..like the effect of the reflection of light reacting off of the moisture..yes, im a skeptic.
It looks like a wisp of smoke or something similar. It does look rather nice though, even if it is something as simple as a reflection.

If you live near this place and can go back easily you should take a tape recorder and have it running while you ask questions and get an EVP and see if the thing in this picture talks to you!!

very cool. was there someone smoking to the side at the time as had a few pics like that done that way.
I remember a few years ago there was this house that was mansion size that had been abandonded for years and the person who used to live in it was crazy, and there are so many different stories as to what happend in that house but in the basment the walls were completely covered with news papers and news pappers staked up all around the basment.
Anyway my friends and I loved to go there at night and get scared. Well there was a mirror dresser and my friend took a picture infront of it and when it was developed there was a face in the mirror..IT WAS FREAKY…
She lost the picture a short time after showing it to me :(
Really cool. I saw one like this when i lived in a dorm. I told them, but
no one believed.
So when i saw something like a smoke behind them or when they go through it while they walked around the house, i did not let them know.
looks like a music symbol. Maybe the indian ghosts were “singing” to you.

i actually saw a couple shots of pictures taken immediately afterwords as greeneyes has a camera that takes pictures repeatedly… and it was not in the other photos..

Jayman, No, There was no smoking going on, no fire, nothing, I just saw this rise and form. Started shooting and it was gone in seconds. I cant imagine a cigarret would form such a mass either, really.
Even though Im having to say that it was a calm night, it would stand to reason that scientifically, it must of been like some air current, sort of like a dust devil, except here a snow devil. Just a little burst of air, and the shimmering? Im thinking it’s the light powdered, vigin snow falling back down and reflecting off our lights. OR Not? LOL Cool pic, just the same, huh?

Do you know about how big it was? How far away from it you were? It’s pretty cool, but I don’t know what to make of it.

Hey thank you all for your questions, I just found this experience so cool, I guess I am so puzzled. I have been all over the mountains here. I spent alot of time in the outdoors, I have heard weird things, and even had weird things happen, LOL as some of you, well know. In fact my husband, sais Im a magnet for the strange.
Let me answer some of these questions…..
Bluflames83, No, believe me, I have learned the importance of keeping my equipment safe and dry, especially snowmobiling, or around water.

Right, we had rode for over and hour, all six of us in a row, I was behind our friend, you see. I was getting ready to take pictures of us, when I noticed something rising in an area in front of me, but to my right. I noticed, and thought it odd, because it seemed to be rising from the bottom and growing up but it wasn’t spreading wide, then my brain registered there was no wind. It rose in short order. I would say it grew to 6 or 7, maybe even 8 feet tall and then sort of bent like a bow, 3 times or so, I couldn’t feel a breeze. It was just really quiet out there. I did not see any snow kicking up around it. I was thinking, is this a dust devil? What is this?

Ask away brother, listen yeah, I dont know what to make of it either! It never moved sideways or from its anchored spot, it just grew vertical and then bowed.
the distance, hmmm, not good at that, LOL a girl thing, just let’s see, just where you see my friend, Im right behind him, parked, I’d say it had to be 25 ft away, to my right. perhaps 25, 30 feet. Thanks for pondering.
I think in the picture too, you can see there is no snow kicking up anywhere. Just really calm and quiet. It was a serene peaceful feeling.
Also, see the sharp points? From the base, it grew from the bottom, look how small the area of contact at the bottom is, then you see it grow up as I said, and look at the sharp point of the head, I mean it just stops, why wouldn’t a wind fan all that out? I mean from watching this form, and fumbling with my camera and friends talking to me, and me trying to say, “Are you guys seeing this? and actually getting the picture, I was just taking in so much and trying to figure out what I was seeing.

actually.. i was going to alter the picture by lightening it up so that you have a better brighter view of it… but with greeneyes advise.. she wanted it left alone so that nothing was altered at all… and i totally agreed with her about it… so there would be absolutely no questions about what has been done to the picture.. and not to put greeneyes down in any way at all… cuz i love her loads… but when she has a question about a photo.. i have a photo thing where i play around with her photos to fix them… so i know for a fact this picture was not doctored..

Oh that’s creepy . I definitely believe in ghosts and i always wanted to see one in person . But the other day my dad who is a construction builder took pictures of a a house hes working on . And some how they ended up on my ipod touch . So i was just fulling around and zooming in and then i noticed something creepy . Tell me if you see it because none of my family can see it . And my dad told me only a old couple lives there with no kids .
