It is attatched to your intake manifold, with a rubber hose coming out and going to the carberator. I could not find it on the internet for you, there are a lot of online sites you can buy the manual but none I found lets you look inside, but if you went to the library and looked for a chiltons repair manual for Ford Explorer 1991- 1999. It will be in the reference section, they won’t let you take the book out but you can photocopy the pages you need.
