Good bodybuilding meals

I’ve been weight training for about a month now and I try to take in at least 3500-4000 calories a day of healthy foods but i seem to be getting sick of the same old same old meal ideas anyone have meal ideas that are great for this?
Thanks!

oh and take lean hamburger and make meat loaf it’s a life saver…and if it tastes gross and bland it’s fairly low in sodium 400 miligrams is franks hot wing sauce that stuff has done wonders!

Rice and chicken and porridge are great protein sources.
