I need to find my biological dad.

his name is James Everett Tharp. I was at least 7 or 8 the last time I saw him he was living in a small neighborhood in chesterfeild, VA and he was with his soon to be wife Sandy and her son whose name has slipped my mind. The last vehicle i remeber him having was a grey truck. I am 14 now and I need to know a few things from him so please help me out.
