i want to know

if we make a video call on a mobile like N81 so can the other person take a photo of the person who is talking to. means if i am talking to my friend so can she take my photo or save the video in which i am talking.
please help i really need to know…

dont be so confused i just asked if a am making a video call can the other person take or recored the video call or take my photo in the mobile.
no we are at different places not near to each other
