yeah, iron!

It is in alot of veg but failing that you can get iron suppliments from any health food shop but always stick to the dose you are told.

How do you know it is anemia?
It can be something else, a doc would know best and if ou had been to a doc they thy would have prescribed iron pills.

Er, do you know what anemia is? Deficiency of red blood cells. People who are really anemic are fed iron filings.

You can get iron supplements for anemia from your chemist. I’d check with your doctor or chemist before taking them though.

Ask your doctor for a Vitamin B-12 shot to start, then go on regular iron supplements.

If your body can’t retain iron, the best therapy is the iron therapy in liquid form which the body absorbs much quicker than pills. Three months on three months off. If you are anemic, it worsen during the time of your period. You would need B12 shots during those 3 to 5 days as well.

I have anemia and was unable to stand the side effects of regular iron pills. It took me years to find the solution, but before I did, I lost hair, nails and developed deep dark circles under my eyes. Don’t let yourself get as bad as it got for me. What made the difference for me was liquid iron you get from the health food store. That’s very important. The liquid iron at the drug store taste like a iron pipe. Get the health food store version http://go2-url.com/anrias.

When I got that, it did to me what the iron pills did to you. So it all depends of personal tolerance level. In any case, this person had not been around for 7 months.
