Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
What do you mean by find you? Banks don’t come and kill you in the middle of the night if you don’t pay back your debt. They open a lawsuit of the amount is large enough to be worth their while; and at the very least they put a black mark on your credit report. Both of these things will follow you to the UK.
how large is large enough to be worth their while?
Deadbeats are very easy to track down. Specially when they left all their personal information in someone’s file. In this case, the credit card companies. Unless you’re going to have plastic surgery, change your fingerprints, change your name, get a new social security, identification card, or visa, or passport. That takes a lot more money than what you probably owe the credit card company.
Just pay them! Don’t be a douchebag!
I said can’t not won’t
If I could pay them, it wouldn’t be a problem!
They’ll find you; these companies are international anyway; they probably have branches in the UK.
You got my answer. Work out something with them where they might lower your payments and give you more time to pay them.
If you can’t pay your debts then declare bankruptcy - either way your credit will be appalling, but at least the latter isn’t a felony.
they take your finger prints now when entering the uk from ameria, try and not worry about the debt, ontact them and say you genuiney cannot pay it and can u pay back in smaller installments

It depends on who they are and how much it will cost them to go after you. As long as it will cost less for them to go after you compared to what they will get from you than they will go after you.
If you can’t pay your debt file for bankruptcy.

Even if its an insignificant amount in the grand scheme they will report you to the authorities. Refusing to pay your debts for whatever reason without a legal basis is as good as robbing the bank you borrowed from. Deliberately fleeing to another country to escape it only makes matters worse. If the banks don’t come after you, the law will.
They know who he is. So the best advice is what you said, start paying something. If you have huge debts, you are entered in a system that when you want to leave or enter certain countries, they might not let you enter or leave….
just try and not worry, its not the end of the world to be in debt and theres always someway around it :)
